There, I've done it.

Told 'em off. No more calls, I hope. No more Aged Grandmothers having to answer the phone.

And if it happens again, I give Daddy full license to take care of the problem.

Mondays are for washing.

I did two loads of dishes (1 by hand, 1 by dishwasher) and a load of wash. I have that load of wash in the dryer right now, took what was in the dryer upstairs to be folded later, and am running yet another load of wash as we speak.

This will make Mum so happy, and I'm teaching myself household management skills. I call that good.
